For this theme exhibition, Kobalt & Co challenged artists to draw inspiration from their own living environment. The environment where they live and create or wander through, the environment where they like to stay or where they prefer to escape? Is their ideal habitat a place of the present or of the future?

The result is ‘HABITAT’: a theme exhibition with 12 artists:

Jess de Boer, 
Miss Jumptouw, 
Marij Adriaens, 
Patricia de Wolf,
P.J. Palms, 
Pieter van Dijen,

Tjitske Koopmans. 

They all were inspired by their living environment or took it as a starting point for their works of art.

During ‘HABITAT’ we organize a number of interesting activities!
There are two Meet the Maker moments, a Magic Mansion with Halloween and this year we are participating with the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend. There is also a nice, diverse and affordable offer creative workshops and open studios.
